2. Service Agreements and Payments
Service quotes are provided based on the details you share during inspection or booking.
Payment is required as outlined in your service agreement (before or after service, depending on the type of treatment).
Failure to make timely payment may result in late fees or suspension of future services.
Certain long-term treatment plans or exclusion services may require written contracts.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Emergency services are offered subject to technician availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of our pest control treatments, customers agree to:
Provide accurate information about the property and pest problem.
Grant safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
Follow preparation instructions (such as cleaning, decluttering, or moving furniture) prior to service.
Maintain cleanliness and preventive measures as recommended by our technicians after service.
5. Safety and Liability
Our treatments are designed to be safe for families, pets, and property when used as directed.
Federation Pest Control is not liable for damages resulting from failure to follow technician instructions, pre-existing property conditions, or interference with treatment.
While we strive for complete pest elimination, some pests may require multiple treatments, follow-ups, or ongoing maintenance for long-term control.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Any warranties or service guarantees will be outlined in your specific service agreement.
Guarantees may not apply if customer responsibilities (outlined above) are not followed.
7. Use of Website
